Hello Friends,
To setup the NAS in NAV 2016. Following things need to take care.
1) Make sure that NAV Service should running with Admin user account.
2) NAV Service user must have super/sufficient right in NAV 2016 DB
3) Setup the following parameter in NAS Service fast tab.
4) If your database have multiple company than specify the startup company name in General fast tab and define the Time Zone = India Standard Time
5) Select the correct service in Job Queue card and after click on "Start Job Queue" action.
Restart the NAV service so that Job Queue start automatic after.
(Tips: You can debug NAS Service session by Debug Next option in debugger.)
6) Make sure that "Last Heartbeat" filed should have current date-time ( it will automatic update in every one minute. If it is showing blank/old value than it is mean that NAS stop)
7) When you to add any process only report to Job Queue than make sure that you have set value for field : Report Output Type = None (Process Only)
If it is set to PDF than it will give following error:
Report XXX is a processing-only report. Output cannot be rendered and saved to a file
Select the correct value from here,
