Dear All,
There is standard bug in NAV for some menu action.
On sales return order page when you click on release button
system will give you following error.
Solution:
There is 2 solution is available.
Solution 1: “Change the Page Action Name (Release à <Action112> )” it will solve.
This happens because action button and method is not linked
properly.
To fix this issue design the page and then go to page
actions.

Solution 2: “Change the user role centre (RAPIDSTART SERVICE à Anyone else)” it will solve.

Your solution is not ideal (although it will work). You should clear the Configuration against the profile. The profile is probably corrupt.
