Email Sending Issue - Server Not Found Error - Antivirus Blocking

This process is for your information purpose which may useful in future.

I have developed new interaction functionality to email triggering (through SMTP Setup) to sales person from interaction was one of their requirement which was working at our local database (Intech server)  but not working on client database.

Client has hosted NAV database on cloud.
When we were trying to send email of interaction, it was not allowing email to send by antivirus on cloud server.
By below method, we have resolved the same.


McAfee is installed on cloud server where protection was which are blocking several processes. In this part,  different protection rule under several categories are created to prevent unwanted processes executed by different exe .





















Hence on properties of Access Protection of antivirus, we found that one rule is created to block mass mailing function.
In this rule, system does not allow to execute dynamics nav .exe


























Edit mass mailing rule Process to Include: Here only * means all processes are included in prevent/block list.
Processes to exclude: exe which are require to run and execute are added in this list.
Hence “Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Server.exe” through which smtp setup is working needs to add in processes to exclude from protection.



























After this process it is working perfectly.
